Job Description Sales Manager : Special Projects & E-learning
Location : 4 (Kolkata, Delhi, Mumbai & Chennai)
CTC : Rs. 3 .00 to 4.5 Lacs PA

Education: Graduate (Any), PGDBM/MBA preferred
Skills/attributes: Excellent communication skills, technology savvy, customer relationship management, ability to manage multiple tasks, creative problem solving, Leadership ability, Persistence.
Experience: 2 years in Corporate Sales, Direct sales, Educational Product sales to corporate clients.
Primary Responsibilities:

  • Visiting potential customers to prospect for new buisness.
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails.
  • Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
  • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
  • Gathering market and customer information.
  • Representing the organisation at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
  • Negotiating variations in price, delivery and specifications with managers.
  • Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
  • Liaising with suppliers to check on the progress of existing orders.
  • Checking quantities of goods on display and in stock.
  • Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office.
  • Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
  • Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements.
  • Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations.

Job Description: Product Marketing Manager
Location : 1 (Delhi )
CTC : Rs. 4.00 to 5.5 lacs PA

The Product Marketing Manager (PMM) will create and maintain the business plan for the markets served by our e-learning product line. In this role, s/he will articulate the company’s distinctive competence and the product’s unique advantage. In support of the business case, the PMM will perform qualitative and quantitative research with existing customers and potential prospects. In addition, the PMM will perform sales, trend, and profitability analysis. As the key business manager on the product, the PMM will interface with industry thought leaders and strategic partners. The PMM will work with decision makers in marketing communications and sales management to ensure that the product is correctly communicated to the market.
Professional Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or technical field. MBA a plus.
  • 3+ years managing and promoting high technology products, from development through launch and sales ramp up.
  • History of product management accomplishments and initiative.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or beat assigned targets and deadlines consistently.
  • Experience developing relationships with suppliers and co-marketing partners highly desirable.
  • Travel: 20% .

Primary responsibilities:

  • Provide in-depth market, industry and competitive analysis and positioning.
  • Develop pricing and packaging strategies.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop sales tools and training.
  • Develop and manage customer care programs.
  • Work with the team to develop innovative marketing programs and show event campaigns.
  • Develop content for product and company collateral.

 

Sr. Executives / Executives - School Education

You will be responsible for the acquisition, retention and growth of customers, customer relations, and collections. You will drive the achievement of respective revenue targets and cost budgets, and effectively manage the channel partners in your assigned territory.
Candidate Profile: You are a grauate / post graduate. You have a pleasing personality, excellent communication skills and high energy levels. You are a team players. You must be between 24 to 30 years of age and worling with a market leader in Publishing / Pharma / FMCG / Banking /Telecom.

 

Sr. Executives / Executives - Higher Education

You will be responsible for the achievement of revenue targets for the portfolio of customers assigned to you and through the acquisition and retention of customers in your assigned territory. You will be responsbile for channel management and other similar functions. You need to identify publishing opportunities and effectively network with authors and academics
Candidate Profile : You are a graudate / postgraduate. You have a pleasing personality, good communication skills and high energy levels. You must possess an eye for details and have a short learning curve. You must be between 25 to 35 years of age and have a minimum expereience of 3 years in Publishing / Education Marketing / Concept Marketing.
